For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby consent to the use of my quotes, name, likeness, voice, interview, image, appearance and other personal characteristics and information (the “Likeness”) as seen and/or heard on Hire Power Radio Show & Podcast Hosted by Rick Girard (the “Show”). I hereby irrevocably grant the perpetual and worldwide right, license and permission to Rick Girard and Stride Search, Inc., its officers, employees, representatives, assigns and those acting on its behalf or with permission (each of the foregoing shall be referred to as the “Company”) to use my Likeness for all manners of promotion, commercialization, exhibition, all business purposes or any other lawful purpose whatsoever in any form or medium in connection with the Show. This grant includes without limitation the right to edit, mix, alter or reproduce, and to use and re-use the Likeness as Company sees fit in Company’s sole discretion. I understand that the term “interview” as used herein includes the audio transcription of my interview and additional comments I have provided during the intake or follow-up processes.

 

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the Likeness, or edits thereof, and irrevocably relinquish, give and assign to Company all right, title and interest that I may have to the Likeness in connection with the Show and any advertising, derivative works, reproductions or other copy and materials that may be used in connection therewith. I understand that others, with or without the consent of Company may use and/or reproduce such interviews and shall hold Company harmless from same.I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Company from any and all liability and claims of every kind on account of the use of my Likeness, and further represent that using my Likeness does not conflict with or violate any other contractual obligation. I will not disparage Company. I acknowledge Company is not obligated to use my Likeness.

 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and claims arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration in Orange County, California.

 

This constitutes the entire agreement between me and Company. I have read and understood this Agreement, which shall be binding upon me and my successors in interest.
